What Your Schedule Will Be

  • Monday 2:00pm-10:00pm
  • Tuesday 2:00pm-10:00pm
  • Wednesday 2:00pm-10:00pm
  • Thursday OFF
  • Friday OFF
  • Saturday 6am – 2pm
  • Sunday 6am – 2pm

What You'll Do as an Assistant Manager

  • Recruit, train and develop the best associates to drive a high performance team that consistently exceed customer expectations
  • Oversee Inventory management which includes managing relationships with vendors
  • Maximize store sales with high level of execution of merchandising and marketing programs
  • Proficiently executes job responsibilities within the following areas: associate orientation, customer orientation and food presentation/concept execution (ie: daily books, completing CGO counts, completing daily checklist, following food concept program guidelines)
  • Assess store condition and customer service levels and correct issues with limited direction.
  • Assist in managing controllable cost by being educated on procedures for reducing inventory control, cash control, margin objectives and day-to-day operations expenses
  • Responsible for ensuring personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Motivate and engage the store team to execute store goals
  • Demonstrate an ability to support a positive work environment
  • Exhibits professionalism in appearance, conduct and judgment
