The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical operation of the Home Care agency. This role oversees the dynamic interdisciplinary team and works closely with the Administrator to ensure compliance and excellent patient care. Key responsibilities involve budgetary, management, leading the activities of the nursing team, providing clinical direction, and ensuring compliant growth and profitability of the agency. Education Requirements
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the State Board in which he/she practices.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
Position Requirements
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in Home Health/Hospice required. Minimum of 1 year clinical leadership experience required.
