Responsibilities

Develop strategies and activities that integrate organization performance objectives and individual competencies. Establish, revise, or review policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organizational design for the staff, as necessary, to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, implement quality improvements, or in response to concerns with regulatory compliance and/or customer requirements. Provide Division/Directorate Chiefs, supervisors, and staff with direction and advice regarding interpersonal and team dynamics in support of effective operations at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Desired: - Professional graphics skills- Experience with DoD editorial policies and standards

 

Clearance: Secret
