What does it take to deliver best-in-class service and technology? Excellent communication skills, professionalism and a desire to provide first call resolution.
You’ll handle customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades. While you offer solutions and resolve issues. Your consultative approach to customers’ needs will deliver personalized recommendations of AT&T products and services.

Our Technical Support Representatives start at $16.52 per hour ($661.00 per week/$34,372 annually) with increases very six months.
