John Eaton Afterschool Program (JEAP) is committed to providing safe, high-quality child care for children at John Eaton Elementary School. JEAP focuses on helping our students develop socioemotional skills through play, and recreational activities.
We are seeking leaders who have at least 2 years of experience working with school-aged children from Pre-K through 5th grade.
Responsibilities include:
· Plan indoor and outdoor activities
· Assist students with homework
· Engage students with various activities throughout the afternoon
· Collaborate with other Group Leaders to plan and execute activities
Hours are 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday when school is in session. We offer flexible hours, paid holidays, bi-weekly travel stipend and employee retirement plan. Starting hourly wage $15.00. Please note: this position will begin in August 2019
If offered employment, candidates must complete a police clearance and TB test.
