Milton Hershey School is currently seeking a varsity softball assistant coach. The assistant coach is responsible for assisting the head coach with the organization and administration of the varsity softball program. Qualified applicants should exhibit a commitment to high student achievement and support for all students in a diverse, multicultural environment. Season begins March 2020 and ends May 2020. Practices are daily after school and occasionally on weekends.

- Ability to interact with student athletes of different ages and skill levels in a positive and professional manner.
- Candidates should demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all MHS staff are considered to be role models for MHS students.
- Effective communication and language skills necessary
