Position Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to Goodwill customers. Responsible for stocking and merchandising goods while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals' mission and values.

• Work independently and use creativity to effectively display merchandise.
• Exercise organization and prioritization skills while working on the sales floor.
• Use expert-level customer service while interacting with a diverse population in a human- services setting.
• Help drive sales that support Goodwill's mission.

About You:

• Skilled in customer service, independent decision-making, prioritization, and organization.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and a high level of initiative.
• Read, write and speak English sufficiently to communicate with supervisors, employees and customers.
