Staffmark is seeking Mail Package Sorters to work for our client located in East York, PA
Job details consists of:
Weighing and measuring incoming packages
Scanning Postal barcodes in order to induct packages into our database
5-6 hours of part-time hours
Working at a standing workstation for 3-4 hours stretches
Must be available between the hours of 4:00PM to 12:00AM (Sunday - Friday)
Basic computer skills in order to perform basic operational and navigational tasks on a PC
Must be quality oriented and have an attention to detail when measuring and determining attributes
Fast enough to eventually scan 450 packages per hour after the first week of training
Constant movement to and from the line to your corresponding container
Utilizing an arm scanner in order to associate (scan) packages to larger container
Standing and moving on your feet for 3-4 hour intervals
Attention to detail is a Must!
