Lead Water Mit Technicians - Full-time

Water mitigation Technician wanted

A growing emergency property damage restoration company specializing in water, fire/smoke and mold remediation has an opening for a Technician. Technician responsibilities involve demolition tasks (tear out drywall, insulation, carpet, carpet pad), water extraction and setting equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.).

This is an excellent opportunity to learn a new trade and to join a small, local company that is part of a growing national franchise.

While IICRC certifications are a plus, they are not a requirement. You could be trained by professionals with up to 15 years in the business.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of a disaster response team for emergency services from water damage, fire damage and mold remediation.
• Be customer focused.
• Take damage assessments, moisture readings.
• Perform water extraction, remedial demolition and drying.
• Clean smoke damage from affected structures and contents.

Must be willing to work outside of "regular" business hours if necessary.

Continue to improve technical knowledge and personal performance.

Required:

• Pass background check with no felony charges; clean driving record required.
• Work in the construction, demolition or remediation industry preferred, but we will train you!
• Reliable transportation.

Compensation based on experience. Health benefits available after probation period.
