This route covers stores in the following cities:

Arlington McLean

Herndon Reston

Sterling

Days: Monday-Friday

Start time:4:00am-completion (shift typically last 4-8 hours)

Pay Rate: DOE

What does a Team Lead do?


The Team Lead position is designed to manage and execute all aspects of retail resets at the field level. You will manage a group of reset merchandiser and assist in training new team members. You are responsible for working closely with store personnel to ensure the completed job meets their expectations.

• Lead/direct up to 10-30 merchandisers.
• Prep store for reset team.
• Collect and input data into Store Reporting System (SRS) using company provided PC/tablet.
• Support, train, and oversee development of new and existing Merchandisers.
• Identify and address all performance issues
• Ensure all paperwork and reporting is completed on time including required photos and signatures.
• Work with Trainers and Field Supervisors to resolve on-site issues.
• Monitor resets/sales floor for safety concerns and follow established procedures if injuries occur.
• Maintain high level relationships with Store Managers, District Managers, and key store personnel.

Are you qualified?

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Demonstrate the level of leadership that comes from prior Merchandising or Supervisor experience.
• Experience in coaching and leading in the development of fellow team members.
• Display a self-driven attitude, integrity, and ability to work well in public settings.
• Have a reliable form of transportation or means of travelling to all stores within route (Current valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance will be required if driving).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including climbing stairs/ladders, lifting above shoulder level, stooping, bending, and walking/standing for 8 hour shifts.
• Basic math skills and ability to estimate quantities.
• Handle light power tools (drills) and manual tools (hammer, screw drivers).
• Have a working knowledge of various software programs and common computer functions (Word, Excel, Email, uploading digital pictures).
• Be punctual and work all scheduled hours, including overnight and early morning hours.
