Fall Cheerleading - 5th and 6th Grade Head Coach

Description:

Milton Hershey School is currently seeking a Head 5th and 6th grade Fall Cheerleading Coach responsible for the organization and administration of the 5th and 6th grade Fall Cheerleading program. Qualified applicants should exhibit a commitment to high student achievement and support for all students in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Season begins August 2019 and ends October 2019. Practices times are Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:45 to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

1-3 years successful coaching experience.

Ability to teach fundamental skill development and team strategies 

Must have an understanding of individual training methods and techniques

Ability to interact with student athletes at different skill levels in a positive and professional manner.

Candidates should demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all MHS staff are considered to be role models for MHS students.

Effective communication and language skills necessary
