About this job

All Front-of-House Team Members, including the cashier and drive-thru cashier maintain outstanding guest service and build the guest experience with every interaction they have with guest.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•	Entering food orders using cash register POS System
•	Handling cash and credit transactions quickly and efficiently
•	Answering drive – thru speaker providing outstanding customer service 
•	Quickly and efficiently bagging food orders 
•	Communicating with BOH team members for order specification 
•	Maintain a  clean and safe drive – thru area 
•	Working as a team and helping Busser/Cashier with maintaining restaurant cleanliness while not busy with   guest(Counters, Tables, Floors, Salsa bar)
•	Versatile in connecting with guests and providing knowledgeable service, either in person or through the drive thru system.
•	Handling of guest complaints/calls
•	Takes pride in serving guests and providing exceptional customer service 
•	Maintain food safety HACCP checks daily
•	Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

•	Ability to handle cash and credit transactions
•	Ability to stand for long periods of time
•	Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment 
•	Ability to multitask and prioritize task
•	Excellent verbal communication skills
•	Must supply a food handlers card when hired
•	High School Diploma or Equivalent
