Lead Supervisor Qualifications:

•	A Supervisor for Kelton Enterprises, LLC for at least 6 months or have equivalent management experience; Completion of High School Diploma required

•	40-45 hour work week required and must be able to stand for long periods of time

•	Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and up-to-date car insurance, as some travel may be required

•	Strong interpersonal skills (motivating, conflict management, respect for others, active listening, enabling the full potential in others)

•	Strong problem solving and time management skills; ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively

•	Professionalism, and strong written and verbal communication skills

•	Results-oriented & demonstrated team leader

•	Knowledge of all Tim Hortons products & procedures

•	Must be ServSafe Certified & have knowledge of the REV program
