The Assistant Manager/Manager in Training is responsible for inspiring, leading, and overseeing the restaurant and team members, in the absence of, or together with the Manager, on an on-going basis in order to make Round Table Pizza every family’s first choice for a wonderful meal together. In order to achieve this goal, a Round Table Assistant Manager/Manager in Training is responsible for ensuring that employees are being developed, working together as a team, behaving professionally, and providing great service to our guests and making our product with precision. In addition, the Assistant Manager/Manager in Training is responsible for marketing to our guests and achieving their financial targets while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Requirements

1. Education/Experience:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent required. Four year college degree preferred. Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
2. Knowledge/Skills:
Positive attitude, friendly and upbeat personality. Good interpersonal skills, including professionalism in dealing with team members and the public. Able to manage and perform multiple tasks. Able to work effectively within and contribute to a team environment. Able to lead, coach and be a mentor to others. Able to exercise sound judgment. Able to read, write, and communicate effectively. Able to work independently with little supervision. Able to perform and understand simple mathematical calculations. Computer skills required
3. Physical:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to frequently stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and talk and hear. Will occasionally have to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel and lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
