The Manager, Talent Acquisition, for Ghirardelli, will play a key role in supporting the company's strategic business plan by bringing in top talent into the organization. This role will be both strategic and hands-on. You will align recruiting goals to company strategies and business plans.

 

Partnering with leaders across the entire company, you will build and coach clients on talent acquisition strategies, navigating and resolving talent pipeline issues, and create unique Employment Branding strategies. This individual will be a thought leader on required skillsets and strategies to acquire specific talent as the company's needs change. You will build talent programs around candidate experience, on-boarding, New Employee Orientation, Referral Programs and continue to keep your finger on the pulse bringing relevant updated talent programs to the organization. You will also be a strong people leader.

  • Creative thinker: solving problems creatively and utilizing talent creatively
  • Interpersonally skilled: having a proven track record as a relationship-builder, team player, collaborator, coach and facilitator
  • Demonstrated ability to identify strategic organizational talent issues and influence change
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills; organized and yet flexible enough to stay ahead of talent trends.

  

Education and Work Experience:

  • 3-5 years of Recruiting Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience building, coaching and leading a recruiting team in a fast-paced, corporate environment preferred.
