Diving - Assistant Varsity Coach - Full-time / Part-time

Milton Hershey School is seeking an Assistant, Varsity Diving Coach. This position is responsible for assisting the head coach with the organization and administration of the varsity diving program. Qualified applicants should exhibit a commitment to high student achievement and support for all students in a diverse, multicultural environment. Season begins November , 2019 and runs until March 31, 2020.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years successful swim-diving coaching experience.
• Water Safety Instructor (WSI) lifeguard certification.
• Current knowledge of techniques, rules and regulations, and training theory of competitive diving.
• Ability to interact with students of different age and skill level in a positive and professional manner.
• Available to coach from November through March.
• Candidates should demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all MHS staff are considered to be role models for MHS students.
• Effective communication and language skills necessary.
