The Busser is responsible for delivering hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable 
conversation. This position is critical to our guests overall experience as the Busser must ensure the 
environment is clean, in order and stocked for our guests to have a memorable experience.

Requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching.
• Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Able to remain standing and active for a 6-8 hour shift. 
• Coordination skills that allow proper pouring and carrying of several drinks and plates at the same 
time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English.
• High School education.

DUTIES:

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards. 
• Ensures interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Sets tables perfectly and has them prepared for our guests in a timely manner.
• Stocks stations with silverware rolls, napkins, glassware and other items to ensure supplies are 
available at all times.
• Pre-busses tables by removing dishes.
• Sweeps floors throughout the entire restaurant to maintain a clean environment.
• Carries dirty dishes, glassware and silverware to the dish area for cleaning.
• Sorts dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware to prepare them for washing and to assist the 
Dishwasher.
• Answers questions the guest may have regarding our food and beverages and uses their knowledge 
of the restaurant to inform guests of services available.
• Handles guest complaints by listening to their concerns, contacting the manager with any problems 
and solving complaints to ensure guest satisfaction that will compel them to want to return.
• Assists other tribe members with stocking stations, bussing tables, sweeping, refilling beverages, 
running food, wiping cleaning and resetting tables to ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and to
prepare for new guests and provide excellent guest service.
• Makes fantastic food and drink recommendations to guests.
• Observes guest's body language to anticipate the guest’s needs to add to their exceptional 
experience.
• Performs additional duties as required including emptying trash, cleaning the restroom and ensures
the restaurant is clean and organized at all times for our guests and fellow tribe members.
