Lounge Bar Back - Full-time / Part-time

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Arriving to shift ready to work at scheduled time.
- Proper use of company equipment and systems.
- Make sure you have your required work tools such as a lighter and 3 or more pens.
- Be able to use a radio to communicate with fellow employees.
- Ensure that your station is set up before shift. Lock boxes, ice buckets, cups/straws, and drink
mixers such as pineapple juice, cranberry juice etc.
- Greet all VIP customers at the door and seat them in the appropriate table/section for bottle
service.
- Understand all the bottle prices, any current specials being offered, and understand gratuity.
- Keep tables clean and fully stocked throughout shift. (return glassware to bar).
- Closing duties include cleaning, bring all lock boxes, juices, glassware (all material) back to the
bar.
- Close own bank.
