Job Summary
Provides courteous service to guests.   Serves food and drinks to guests.  Accommodates guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.  Supports front of the house operations and helps ensure that guest experience and environment is positive.  

Requirements

Essential Functions
1.	Deliver food and drinks to guests’ car.
2.	Greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and drink selection.
3.	Interact verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
4.	Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via point-of-sale computerized register system.
5.	Observe guests requests and respond to additional requests.
6.	Present guest check to each car and accepts payment.  
7.	Make correct change and/or complete the proper charge card procedure.
8.	Participate in the clearing and resetting of Carside/To-Go area.
9.	Assist in general FOH maintenance functions such as maintaining restrooms, participate in light cleaning such as dusting fixtures/furniture/woodwork/artifacts and washing windows, sani-bucket rotation, setting up expo, emptying trash, rolling silverware, and maintaining curb appeal of the restaurant.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to:
1.	Perform repetitive movements, wipe down tabletops and legs, pick up debris off the floor, and wipe down booth seats in the restaurant.
2.	Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift.
3.	Remain stationary for long periods of approximately four (4) hours in length.
4.	Reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
5.	Quickly execute food delivery to guests in their cars.
