Cypress Ace Hardware and Feed is seeking a friendly and helpful tool department associate who can assist in solving customer problems and customize service based on the premise of amazing every customer every time. The tool department associate helps in creating a positive, professional, and safe work environment while maintaining stock and cleanliness of the sales floor and stock room. Customer service experience preferred, but not required. Associates must be able to bend, stoop, and lift items over 30 pounds. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be flexible, willing to work weekends, and willing and to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
