Small Engine Department Manager - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic individual to manage a successful Small Engine Repair and Sales Department.  Candidate will have experience as a mechanic along with excellent communication and computer skills.  Customer care and satisfaction are also major priorities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ordering parts and products
Schedule deliveries and pick ups
Working with all factory reps
Knowledge of all products sold in the store
Care and maintenance of rental equipment
Training and continuing education of staff
Writing up work orders and rental agreements
Stocking/ordering of show room products
Work orders/registration of sold products recorded and filed

Small engine mechanic experience
Associate and/or 4 year college degree
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot
Current and valid driver license
