Job Description:
Supply Chain mission is to ensure each Drive-In has the right quantity of the best quality ingredients at the best possible
price when they need them. This role provides administrative support and coordinates projects that involve all aspects
of the Supply Chain & Purchasing team. Aspects include but not limited to; business processes, strategic categorical
support, report production, pricing updates and communication, data gathering and the contract management to
ensure SOX compliance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Functions:
 Supports the Purchasing Teams of the Supply Chain Department in regards to purchasing
strategies, category spend detail, and relevant category information.
 Serve as a back-up for all monthly purchasing inputs into Oracle Enterprise Business Suite
and other systems as needed to generate the monthly Price Guide.
 Develops and produces analytical and ad hoc reports such as Food & Paper Summaries,
Monthly Store List, Quarterly Market Basket report and others as needed.
 Interacts with supplier community as directed by the Purchasing Team.
 Department administrative responsibilities.

Education and Work Experience:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred
 One to three years in a similar function desired
