Food Expeditor - Full-time / Part-time

This Team Member acts as the liaison between kitchen and dining room. This individual is organized and displays excellent communication skills. You are responsible for ensuring that only the highest quality of food leaves the kitchen, and all plates are assembled correctly with appropriate modifications. This position also prepares ensures that food is delivered promptly. It is their responsibility to ensure this station is kept clean, swept, and sanitized at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•    Team Player with a sense of humor
•    Smiles easily and often
•    Math skills and understanding of basic conversions
•    Must be able to use a digital scale and thermometer
•    Must be able to lift 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
•    Position requires standing, bending, and walking the entire workday
•    Prefer restaurant experience
•    Demonstrate the ability to follow recipes
