Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to our guests.
- Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift.
- Open and close the location per Smoothie King's standards.
- Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members.
- Achieve goals set forth by Management, and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location's goals such as suggestiveselling of products.
- Must be respectful of Guests, Management, and other Team Memebers.
- Must become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie Kingproducts, including retail.
- Must be punctual.
- Must be available to work various shifts per week including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
- Capable of working various shifts between- 6:30 am - 10:30 pm
