Kitchen Staff - Full-time / Part-time

As Kitchen Staff for Zaxby’s, you will produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, while continually observing and implementing proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. As part of a fast-paced, high energy environment, you will prepare food for customers ensuring order accuracy and quick service.

Please be aware that you will be on your feet all day. You will be subject to lifting, walking, carrying, moving, talking, directing, serving, cleaning, organizing, cooking, and plating for our customers. High energy, true leadership, excellent work ethic, encore customer service, and a “whatever it takes” attitude are all requirements for this position.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Applicants must be able to:

Experience Preferred but Not Required

Prior restaurant experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member is not required but preferred
