ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following;
1. All basic manager functions
2. Perform weekly manager scheduling
3. Train new managers
4. Train all employees
5. Perform quarterly employee evaluations
6. Hire all new employees
7. Follow up on all bills sent to unit, approve work done and send to DM or Director
8. Eligible for conducting new store openings

QUALIFICATIONS
1. ZFI certified
2. Successfully passed all ZFI Inc. management tests
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING GUIDELINES
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2 yr. experience managing people in a restaurant environment
Minimum 6months to 1 year employment by Zaxby's as an Assistant and
Complete 6 week training program.

NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following:
- Walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time
2. Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception needed for:
- Making observations
- Communicating with others
- Reading and writing
