Shift Leader

About the Job:

You’ll help train, coach and develop team members while maintaining a fast, accurate service environment for our guests. As a Shift Leader you’ll be responsible for a positive guest and employee experience while executing administrative duties including balancing cash drawers, inventory counts, and ensuring food safety standards.

All hourly employees with our organization have the option to enroll in Daily Pay. Daily Pay allows you to access a portion of your pay the same or next day

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or University degree preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication & writing skills
• Ability to calculate and analyze data
• Good cash handling skills
• Stand up for 8 hours
• Able to lift 35-50 pounds
• Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
• Foodservice Management preferred
