As a Crew Person, you may be responsible for:
• Greeting customers with a friendly attitude and a smile
• Taking and preparing accurate food orders
• Preparing all of McDonald’s World Famous food to meet our quality standards
• Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
• Restaurant Cleanliness
• Ensuring items are well stocked
We offer a flexible schedule, a free employee meal during your work-day, free uniform shirts, referral bonuses, 'pay for grades' to high school and college students and we LOVE to promote from within.
