Are you looking for the opportunity to help pioneer a fast casual restaurant in West, Central Missouri?  If yes, we have a place for you as part of our leadership team.  We have part-time openings for Assistant General Managers and Shift Leaders.

Must be able to work various shifts each week and various hours. Must be able to work days and nights.

Wages: $10-$11 per hour for shift leaders with a 35-40 hour work week. 

Wages:  $12 - $13 per hour for assistant managers.  Potential $5500 in annual bonuses and paid vacation with a 35-40 hour work week.

Responsibilities

Here's what the job entails: The Assistant Manager reports directly to General Manager. Receives direction from the General Manager.-Assists in the Direct supervision of 5-8 team members.

Shift leaders reports directly to Assistant Managers.  Has direct supervision over 2-6 team members.

  • Increase sales by providing outstanding product and service.
  • Work lunch, dinner and weekends, monitoring quality of food and service.
  • Assist in providing Team Members and Shift Managers with the appropriate training.
  • Purchase food, beverages and supplies as needed and oversee their preparation to ensure that every product served meets our high standards of product quality.
  • Supervise and motivate Team Members and Shift Managers.
  • Communicate openly and honestly with subordinates, superiors and all others about plans, progress and problems
  • Provide leadership by keeping things fun, encouraging enthusiasm, and provide a positive mental attitude and commitment toward Company objectives.
  • Create a work environment that has employees wanting to come to work.
  • Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.

Job Requirements

Experience: REQUIRED experience managing people in a restaurant environment.
