About this job
As Maintenance, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the building and the equipment. You will do such jobs as the daily filtering and cleaning of the fryer vat, weekly cleaning behind the grills and fry vat, cleaning both the inside and parking lot garbage receptacles, cleaning windows, scrubbing the tile trims, helping with deliveries, maintaining the lobby area during rush periods, and fixing minor problem with the equipment.
