Conversion Monster is an Internet Lead Conversion Company specializing in Real Estate. We created Conversion Monster in order to help Real Estate Agents convert and manage all of their inbound internet leads.
We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play an integral role in achieving our client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable spending 70-80% of your day on the phone building rapport and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for potential clients
- Calling leads and prospects to schedule demos of Conversion Monster
- Conducting demonstrations of Conversion Monster to prospects online
- Establish and build a positive relationship with every prospect and client
- Identify areas we can improve our processes for both our consultants and clients
Requirements:
3 years+ sales experience
Track record of success in sales
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Phone Sales experience preferred
Real Estate experience a plus
Real Estate license a huge plus
