We have a full-time for a Restaurant Manager.
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
- Must have 2 or more years restaurant management experience.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Requirements
A Tim Hortons Manager is responsible and accountable for the execution and delivery of all operational performance objectives resulting in guest satisfaction. This includes operational management, such as ensuring Always Fresh standards are met and controlling waste levels. The manager is also responsible for financial management, such as controlling food/paper/labor costs and achieving sales targets. Our restaurant managers are also responsible for managing a team of employees, including interviewing, performance management, scheduling, and training.
1) Two years of a steady work history, preferably in a retail or food service environment. Some of this experience should be in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
2) Demonstrate a passion for guest service
3) Demonstrate basic math and computer skills
4) Have strong operational experience
5) Have excellent communication skills
6) Have a passion for coaching and mentoring
7) Have a desire to gain experience to help you be successful in your career
