Energetic, outgoing, sales-oriented customer service representative!

Do you have a cheerful outlook and a willingness to learn and grow? Are you enthusiastic about customer service and fresh baked goods? Gigi’s Cupcakes is looking for friendly, outgoing, and hardworking customer service representatives to join our team!

We sell fresh baked cupcakes, cookies, and cheesecakes and we also cater weddings, corporate events, and other gatherings/parties. Please submit a resume and be prepared to tell us why you would be the perfect person for the job!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all incoming guests with their orders and questions
• Learn the menu, the pricing, answer phones, take orders
• Fill and re-fill the cupcake case 
• Follow opening and closing checklists
• Maintain overall store cleanliness
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and ready to clock in/work
• Assist with kitchen prep, washing dishes, sweep/mop, and other related tasks

Requirements and Skills Needed

• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• Smile naturally, display energetic positive attitude
• Communicate clearly and effectively (verbal and written)
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Resourceful and able to resolve problems
• Thoughtful when dealing with customers and coworkers
• Attention to procedures, standards, details, cleanliness 
• Cooperative nature, enjoys working with a team
• Ability to remain professional
• Protect confidential material (procedures, recipes)
• Willingness to always give 100%, help us remain a beautiful and successful bakery
