HOURS OF OPERATION: 5:30am- 8:00pm
Job Purpose: Prepares, mix, and serves drinks and beverages correctly to either customers directly or through serving staff. Handles food according to Mecklenburg County Health Department food guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations. Interacts with customers and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience, including mixing and serving alcoholic drinks
- Maintain a flexible schedule based on business needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
