ID/OD CNC Grinder operator

Job Description: 

Kelly Services has a customer on the west side of Cincinnati (west of the Delhi area) that is looking to add an 
OD/ID CNC grinder operator to their growing workforce. 

This is a highly precision position that requires exact experience - this is not a "button pusher" operator position - if you do not possess a minimum of the following you will not be considered for this position: 
* 3 - 5 years experience in operating manual and CNC Grinders. 
* Must have excellent mechanical abilities. 
* Ability to read blueprints and precision measuring devices 

Job duties/objectives: 
* Setup and operate manual OD/ID and CNC Precision Grinders, following predetermined procedure, loads and download programs. 
* Grind internal and/or external surfaces including standard and HSK tapers to specified dimensions. 
* Positions work, check machine operation and then activates machine, observing progress. 
* Works from blueprints, drawings, sketches, programs, numerical control data and operation sheets. 
* Edit programs with the understanding of machine codes and how they affect the operation of the machine. 
* Changes setups and grinding wheels as required.
