Sales Manager - Full-time

We have a full-time opening for a Sales Manager.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

• Be authorized to work in the United States.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites located in Georgetown Kentucky, currently seeks an experienced Sales Manager for an exciting opportunity! This position is responsible for following:

* The primary function is outside sales calls, internet researching, calling leads and increasing SMERF, leisure/group and corporate business..

* Responsible for revenue production of the hotel, meeting or exceeding planned revenue objectives for RevPar, occupancy and average daily rate.

* Must utilize a hands on approach to be actively involved on a daily basis in securing, qualifying and follow-up on leads to book clients.

* Manage and maintain business relationships with existing accounts to assure our clients are satisfied with the product and services that the hotel team provides.

* Identify business opportunities and proactively research potential new business development.

* Conduct outside sales calls and site inspections.

* Prepare correspondence to clients as well as produce internal booking reports.

* Other tasks may be assigned by the General Manager or Upper Management.

Job Requirements 

Minimum of 2 years sales is required. 
 
* Strong organizational and presentation skills.

* Must be able to travel and be flexible.

* Computer proficiency is required 

* Self-starting and motivated personality.

* Passion for selling and seeing results/rewards.

* A love for serving guests and building relationships with clients.

* Willingness to work hard, have fun, and celebrate success.

Pay will be determined based on experience
