We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated Partnership Development Consultant to join our team. This individual will identify and bring new revenue generating partnerships to the Partnerships Division and will contribute to the overall partner program growth and profitability.

JOB DUTIES
  • Meeting monthly sales goals by promoting and selling partnership opportunities to private schools, athletic training facilities, tutoring centers, businesses, and other entities.
  • Clearly articulating, corresponding with, and presenting the value and benefit of Laurel Springs School to potential clients.
  • Generating and following up on lead lists resulting from specific marketing campaigns or through proactive research.
  • Working closely with sales and business development to identify service issues, develop and implement solutions, and ensure business and operational requirements for customers are satisfactorily met.
  • Contributing to the overall growth and profitability of Laurel Springs School by working with clients to subscribe to additional service opportunities, increasing utilization of existing services, and supporting continued renewal of contracts.
  • Create and maintain detailed lead list records in CRM database

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years sales related experience required.
  • Prior experience in K-12 schools, public and/or private, and in working with stakeholders of those schools.
  • Prior background in customer service, online learning, and education.
  • Prior experience with a Learning Management Systems required, experience with Brainhoney preferred.
  • Knowledge in the area of educational research and educational product/program implementation and development required.
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Travel required - 10% to 25%.
