Job summary:
We have an opening for an IT business analyst to join our North American Supply Chain Solution Delivery team. You will be part of a team of BA’s who will help plan, analyze, define, test and deliver large-scale supply chain and logistics implementations including the implementation of a new TMS ( transportation management systems) in multiple sites across our rapidly growing North American and Canada divisions; including Marshalls, Homegoods, TJMaxx, Winners and Homesense.
Your responsibilities will also include assisting with solution estimation, project implementations, and options analysis, including buy vs. build, shared vs. specialized solutions, gap-fit analysis, and custom solution development.

Works closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners and IT Service teams:
- Strong organizational, presentation, and business partnering skills
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with senior and line level business clients regarding project scope, status, options and change management
- Knowledge and experience with Supply Chain and/or Retail processes
- Familiarity with leading packaged supply chain solutions, specifically transportation management solutions, warehouse management and/or labor management.
- Strong knowledge of solution development life cycle methodology and appropriate techniques, including waterfall, agile, prototyping, and package enable configurations
- Experience working on projects and meeting project compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze complex multi-divisional requirements, seeking to optimize unique vs. shared solutions appropriately
- Ability to define and drive requirements, testing, end user satisfaction and acceptance
- Strong understanding of IT regulations including SOX, PCI and privacy laws, security methodologies, controls and access.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience desired
- At least 2+ years of transportation Management system /supply chain/operations experience.
- Must have demonstrated Business Analysis experience in requirements definition, design and test phases of a project
- Agile project planning experience
