Sales Agent

Our client, a leader is car warranty insurance is currently experiencing explosive growth.  Due to this growth, we are currently seeking dependable and motivated candidates to fill their open Sales Agent positions in their St. Petersburg/Clearwater call center.

Duties include:

         Connecting with potential customers that have expressed interest online about extended warranty coverage to complete the sales process.

         Verifying/Entering/Correcting customer and vehicle data during live calls

         Maintaining a positive and upbeat demeanor and phone presence while qualifying potential customers.

         Portraying the brand s customer-focused culture via telephone.

         Remaining results oriented and overcoming objections.

Requirements include:

         High School Diploma or equivalent

         6 months of sales experience within a call center, retail, or hospitality environment

         Excellent customer service and persuasion skills

         Ability to direct and manage conversations to ensure efficiency and professionalism

         Ability to maintain focus within a call center environment
