This position is primarily responsible for performing window cleaning services for residential and commercial clients by performing the following duties

Job Description: Rising Star Resource Development Corporation is seeking an experienced and hard-working individual to join our team of professionals whose duties consist of management of cleaning crew, cleaning and maintaining industrial settings such as manufacturing facilities and warehouses while adhering to Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) regulation. The Window Washer Supervisor oversees both light and heavy, interior and exterior window washing. This labor- intense job is expected to be performed in a professional manner at all times while servicing our customers properties.

Essential Functions: The qualified candidate should be, energetic, and motivated with a seasoned commercial window washing background. Must be knowledgeable of hoist and other machinery and tools, use and disposal practices for hazardous chemicals.

• Prepares equipment and supplies needed for the work assignments
• Oversee and supervise cleaning crew on daily basis
• Arrange work schedules for assigned crew
• Develop and maintain an effective organization through training, motivation and review of all cleaning crew
• Enforce company safety policy
• Conduct quality control checks
• Any other team growth duties as assigned working closely with key organization leadership
• Operate and train use of equipment
• Develop new business throughout territory
• Miscellaneous facility support services

Technical Skills: The Window Washer Supervisor must have proficient operational and marketing experience and knowledge to develop the processes and procedures for an effective growth path. Strong working knowledge of MS Suite of Products (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.), timekeeping via company custom Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and timekeeping system.

Qualitative Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and multitasking skills are a must. The Window Washer Supervisor is highly dependent upon the ability to communicate. Excellent problem-solving abilities are a requirement, since schedule conflicts are bound to arise that will require creative solutions

Education/Experience: High School diploma/GED. 2-3 years professional experience in Window Washing.

Requirements: Valid Drivers License and Insurance is required. Department of Motor Vehicle registration record pulled.

Work Location: Contract assignments throughout the DFW Metroplex.

Compensation : This will be an Hourly Position, see below for wage range

• $13.00 $15.00 per hour

Travel Requirements: Within DFW Metroplex Contract assignments.
