Job Overview:   The Senior Analyst, Affiliate Marketing is responsible for performance optimization of the Bloomingdales.com affiliate channel, which includes management of partner relationships, and planning and prioritization of internal co-op requests (as well as co-op funds). This role also manages relationships with select international affiliate partners, and requires an understanding of the impact of global consumers on the business as a whole. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Affiliate Marketing.   Perform other duties as assigned.   Essential Functions:   • Manage day-to-day functions of the Affiliate channel, such as: • Providing creative assets to Affiliate Partners, and communicating updates and/or changes to promotional cadence in a timely manner. • Auditing top partner sites for correct verbiage and ensuring all posted content meets Bloomingdale’s brand guidelines. • Liaise with Affiliate Network on a daily basis to ensure program touchpoints (links, creative, newsletters, etc.) are up to date and accurate. • Partner with Senior Manager and vendor account team to create strategy and tactical plans for Loyalty, Deal, and Content sectors. • Analyze data points from multiple sources, and draw conclusions/deploy strategies based on findings. • Provide clear and accurate reporting and data analysis to internal stakeholders on an ad hoc basis, and with tight turn-around times. • Closely monitor promotional calendar, ensuring that appropriate tactics are in place to drive demand. • Partner with colleagues on the Marketing Effectiveness team to set Demand Plans at the weekly and monthly level. • Collaborate with internal partners on cross-functional initiatives (beauty GWP execution, international marketing efforts, exclusive promotion set-up, etc.). • Source and vet new non-traditional publisher opportunities in order to drive new business. • Engage with current publishers through frequent communications, conferences, and networking events. • Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.   Qualifications:   Education/Experience            • Bachelor’s Degree. Advanced degree preferred. • 4 - 8 years of experience in Integrated Marketing, Special Events, Public Relations field, or equivalent experience.   Communication Skills:           • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to develop and decipher instructional documents.   Mathematical Skills:             • Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.   Reasoning Ability:      • Develop and execute plans and strategies quickly, capitalizing on momentum and incremental progress. • Strong problem solving skills and ability to resolve issues and present findings. • Ability to summarize and present complex findings in a clear, concise and timely manner.   Physical Demands:     • This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting, hearing, and talking. • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. • May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. • Involves use of hands and fingers for typing on keyboard and using a mouse. • May be a need to move or lift items under 20 pounds.   Other Skills:   • Organizational and event management skills.
