About this job
Understand and handle Air, Ocean Import/Export shipments, and Domestic Transloading Service from vendors warehouse and/or customer designated warehouse to the destination.
Understand and assure that interaction regarding Customs Brokers, Air / Ocean carrier / Co-loaders and Trucking company.
Understand Incoterm, Shipping mode, Shipping documentation, Customs clearances, Delivery mode and Tracing cargo.
Oversee /monitor /sort in the preparation of accurate documents in a timely manner from source documents and taking responsibility for completeness of the transaction.
Respond to customer and/or agent/vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
