Outside Sales Consultant

We are currently looking for a Small Business Consultant (Outside Sales Consultant) to help further augment our excellent growth in the local Raleigh/Durham market. This role is all about the consultative selling of PathGoal’s turnkey HR services to the small- to medium-sized business market. Successful candidate will be money-motivated with a go-getter mentality, able to identify good-fit opportunities and prospects and devise solutions for complex human resource needs pertaining to those prospects’ businesses. As a Small Business Consultant you will……

• Call on business owners to explain how PathGoal can help their company go from good to great
• Complete required sales paperwork in a timely manner and finalize new client contracts
• Travel throughout the area prospecting and meeting with business owners
• Meet & exceed sales goals (our uncapped commission model is designed to richly reward effort)
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements - The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

• A minimum of 2 - 4 years of business-to-business sales experience
• Preferably 1 year of PEO sales experience
• A successful track record of achieving sales goals
• The ability to prospect for new business (Hunter Not A Gatherer)
• A positive and can do attitude (there’s always a solution to the problem!)
• A desire to make six figures and help grow PathGoal to the next level!
