Currently, Meijer is looking for a Inventory Coordinator. Inventory Coordinator (IC) is responsible for investigating the root cause of excess inventory, working backstock, ensuring backroom organization and completing inventory prep.
Key responsibilities include:

- Conducts inventory analysis to investigate overs (excess product) and unders (holes/lows) and ensures accurate balance on hand
- Owns all aspects of backstock, including vendor areas
- Works all backstock from live load the night before
- Completes ICAPS and submits remedies
- Ensures organization of backroom
- Detail oriented and organized
- Possesses good listening and communication skills
- Has adequate knowledge of computer systems and is comfortable using them
- Is process driven and has ability to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way
- Ability to stay calm while working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and twist while handling product
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis
