The Employee Dining Room Assistant / Cook's Assistant is responsible for opening, setting up, running, closing and cleaning of the Employee Dining Room. The Assistants serve meals and exhibit strong guest service skils to all employees and individuals utilizing the employee dining room. The Assistants will help other line cooks and cook's assistants on a day to day basis with prep work, including filling orders from the f&b storerooms.
The “must haves” for this position include:
- Lift and carry 50+ lbs
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours each shift
We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:
- Previous experience working in a hotel or restaurant environment
- Previous guest service experience
