About this job

We are looking to hire an Associate Lead for swing shift at one of our client sites, a leading third party warehouse that provides their customers with exceptional service! We are working together to provide a fun and productive work environment and an opportunity to be a part of a culture that we take pride in.
Hours:

Monday through Friday
2nd Shift: 3:30pm-12:00am (often work up to 10 hour shifts)
OT and weekend work required on an as needed basis depending on the daily workloads. Shift times may vary.

Pay and Benefits:

Depending on Experience-will be reviewed at interview
Medical, Dental, Vision, Term Life Insurance and Short Term Disability available.

Job Duties:

Assists in labor management
Monitors checking and unloading/loading of inbound and outbound freight and corresponding paperwork
Ability to meet deadlines
Ensures quality and accuracy of all freight shipments
Filing and organizing documents and records in a timely manner
Analyze daily and weekly production metrics
Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts
Operate and inspect all warehouse equipment
Maintain neat and clean work areas
Attend warehouse planning meetings, communicate out to associates
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Problem solving
Attention to details and deadlines

Requirements:

2 years similar experience required.
Must have excellent work habits.
Good interpersonal skills are required to work in a team environment.
Strong decision making and coaching skills.
Results driven.
Must be capable of sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting and lifting for up to a 12 hour shift.
Forklift experience required: Stock/Cherry Picker, Reach Forklift, Stand-Up Forklift
