Retail Management Summer Intern

Position Summary:

Complete an 10 week program in store locations working with managers to gain an understanding of the retail management position. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Functions:

• Trains at store and/or division locations
• Participate in weekly Store Manager meeting
• Complete special assignments as requested
• Completes cumulative project and presents to Division Executive Team.
• Responsible for executing Key Retailing initiatives
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Junior Standing or higher at an accredited college or university
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Good verbal and written communication skills required
• Responds to change as a positive challenge
• Significant level of multi-tasking required
• Ability to preserve confidentiality of information
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Commitment to providing customer service

Desired Previous Job Experience:

• Involvement in leadership and community activities
