We are looking for an Office Clerk candidate for our client in Miami Gardens.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides clerical and administrative support, including the preparation of correspondence such as letter writing, transcribing, copying ad distributing, filling, and processing mail, faxes and other correspondence.
- Interacts with customers and vendors in a friendly, timely manner, ensure customers’ and vendors ‘questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Functions as a contributing member of the department’s team and other teams, as assigned.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate with customers, vendors and company personnel in a positive and proactive manner.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) require
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Data Entry skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
- Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
Salary $12 hour
Hours: 8:00 Am to 4:30 Pm M-F
Available for overtime.
