We are looking for an Office Clerk candidate for our client in Miami Gardens.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provides clerical and administrative support, including the preparation of correspondence such as letter writing, transcribing, copying ad distributing, filling, and processing mail, faxes and other correspondence.
  2. Interacts with customers and vendors in a friendly, timely manner, ensure customers’ and vendors ‘questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
  3. Functions as a contributing member of the department’s team and other teams, as assigned.
  4. Demonstrates ability to communicate with customers, vendors and company personnel in a positive and proactive manner.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) require
  • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
  • Data Entry skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
  • Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
  • Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.

Salary $12 hour

Hours: 8:00 Am to 4:30 Pm    M-F

Available for overtime.
