Project Overview:
This Project is the most commonly used service of its kind to analyze data from all touchpoints in one place, for a deeper understanding of the customer experience. It is used by small and big business alike. We are looking for a designer who can think strategically and execute tactically and is passionate about solving complex user problems in an intuitive and elegant way.
Overall Responsibilities:
Define and design new experiences and features
Develop user journeys, flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, closely collaborating with other designers, ux researchers, and cross-functional partners.
Communicate design recommendations and articulate business and UX rationales to your team.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Define and design experiences through developing user journeys, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Build effective relationships with cross-functional teams and work closely with your team to execute and deliver elegantly simple experiences.
Advocate for user needs and collaborate with user research throughout the design process to help shape design direction.
Required Skills:
4-5 years of UX Design experience
Proven track record of designing successful software design experiences for complex web and mobile products
Strong core interaction design skills, experience with human-centered design methodologies, and a passion for usability
Experience collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver elegantly simple experiences
Fluency with visual and interaction design tools (Sketch, Photoshop, Invision) and prototyping concepts
Self-starter who enjoys solving complex business and design system level problems
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Experience with data visualization and designing for Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise software is a plus
Nice to have Skills (not required):
BA/BS Degree in a related field.
