Shift Schedule

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

 

Pay Rate($ Pay Based on Experience)

 

Role:  

The Customer Support Supervisor role is to monitor and manage the daily activities of AccuCode’s help desk staff, customer warranty and exchange programs, and service level of its break fix partners.  

 

Leadership experience in a call-center environment is highly desired, along with the skills and experience needed to restructure and manage a customer support and help desk team.  Ability to implement and enforce performance standards aimed at providing accurate and expedient resolutions according to pre-established guidelines is a must.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage daily Customer Support staff tasks and schedules based on fluctuating volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and product volumes.

Manage the Service Departments Customer Service, Warranty Exchanges and customer SLA’s (Service Level Agreement)

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures for scalable repeatable processes, as well as trending reports for customer service staff, vendors, and others

Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting ongoing Quality Assurance recertifications with staff

 

Qualifications:

High School diploma

Must have a minimum of 3-5 years proven leadership experience in call center/ help desk environment.

Strong analytical skills, with an ability to see problems from various perspectives to develop creative solutions.

Must be service-oriented and very patient with customers.

Must have good written and verbal skills, with the ability to write process documents.

Must have good computer skills.  Need to be very comfortable with email, excel, and learning to navigate internal software systems.

Capacity for high productivity and multitasking

Extreme attention to detail and very organized

Good stress management-dealing with pressure and deadlines
